Chair and Commissioners
The ILCC Chair and six Commissioners conduct administrative hearings pursuant to the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act and the Illinois Liquor Control Commission Administrative Rules. They also hear local liquor commission appeal matters. During these formal hearings, they weigh evidence from violations from routine inspections and investigations as well as oversee appeals challenging local liquor commission orders.Â
