Alert: ILCC licensees will not have access to renew liquor licenses via MyTax after February 11, 2026.

 

With the exception of tax reporting, Licensees will lose access to the Liquor Licensing application capabilities in MyTaxIllinois at 5pm CST on February 11, 2026.

 

ILCC licensees will no longer be able to submit applications, renewals, make payments, or upload compliance documentation through MyTaxIllinois after the transition date. Don’t incur possible delays, submit your renewal now.

Underage Compliance Assistant Program

The ILCC Enforcement Division's Underage Compliance Assistant (UCA) program is open to individuals that are 18 or 19 years of age.

Individuals interested in applying should email  ILCC.enforcement@illinois.gov with their name, age, and the city/town and county in which they live.
