Underage Compliance Reports
The Illinois Liquor Control Commission (ILCC) releases the results of underage compliance check operations throughout the State. Additionally, monthly summary reports are published that compile information from all details conducted in that month. During underage compliance checks, individuals under the age of 21 years, working with ILCC Division of Enforcement staff, attempt to purchase alcohol from liquor-licensed retailers. These operations are conducted in all regions of the State. Establishments that fail an underage compliance check and are cited for selling alcohol to minors may be subject to a fine, suspension, or revocation of their liquor license.
