The Liquor Control Act (235 ILCS 5/3-12(a)(18)(C), (19)(C), and 20(C)) requires the initial application for all Class 1 and Class 3 Brewer licensees and Class 1 Craft Distiller licensees who seek a Self-Distribution Exemption to be posted on the Commission’s website at least 45 days prior to the Commission approving or denying the license application.
