Updated Transition Information
Important: MyTax Illinois Access Ending for ILCC Licensees
⚠️ Effective February 11, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. CST, the MyTax Illinois portal will no longer support liquor licensing activities — including submissions, renewals, payments, and compliance uploads. MyTax Illinois will continue to be used only for tax reporting and tax-related activity after February 11, 2026.

Pause Period: Begins February 11, 2026
During this time, the new ILCC Portal will be deployed, and MyTax Illinois licensing functionality will be offline. Activity for liquor licensing will not be possible in either system.

Prepare for the New ILCC Portal
Setup an ILogin Account
The new Illinois Liquor Control & Compliance Portal uses ILogin – the State of Illinois central authentication platform.
- If you have not yet established an ILogin account with the State of Illinois, please do so by going to this link: ILogin
- ILogin has provided resources on how to walk through the signup process and answers to many of the most common registration questions and problems: ILogin Registration Instructions
- If you already have an ILogin account, make sure you can log in successfully.
Once the new portal goes live, you will click on the ILCC Portal tile inside ILogin to access your account.
What to Expect After Launch
Claim or Register Your Business
Existing license and compliance data will automatically carry over to the new portal, but you will need to verify your information when you first log in.
- Existing licensees will claim their business account using their Letter ID. Owners should be the person to initially claim an account.
- New applicants will register a business account for the first time.
