🆕 Liquor licensing has moved to the Illinois Liquor Control & Compliance Portal. Sign in through ILogin to get started.

Find Step-by-step instructions, Support, and FAQs below to help you get started.

The ILCC Portal will be unavailable for scheduled maintenance from 4/2/2026 at 8PM CST through 4/3/2026 1am CST.

ILogin Registration Steps

Starting in 2026, logging in to the new Licensing Portal REQUIRES an ILogin account. Please take a few minutes now to establish your ILogin account. Start with an introduction to iLogin.

ILogin provides one single, secure place with one sign-in to access your frequently used State of Illinois program applications, also called apps.

If you are a first-time user and don't have an ILogin account, then create your ILogin account using the short steps below, in the How To Guides: New Users: Set Up Your ILogin Account, or watch the How-To Video below.

Note: During first-time registration, your username is your email account. Make sure you can access this email account to verify it. After your ILogin account is created, you can easily sign in to access Illinois state program apps.

Create a New ILogin Account

First, Follow the Setup Process

  1. Navigate to the ILogin Sign In page.
  2. Click Sign Up.
  3. Complete all required fields. Complete optional fields, as needed.
  4. Click Sign Up.

Then, Set Up a Security Method

You may select from the menu of options such as Google Authenticator, Okta Verify, or Phone (SMS or Voice). Note: If you use a mobile phone, we recommend the phone option, which allows you to receive a text message (SMS) with a verification code.

Then, Activate ILogin Account

  1. On the Set up security methods menu, under the Email option, click Set up.
  2. The confirmation page appears telling the user to check their email. Note: This activation link is valid for 30 minutes and then you will need to restart these steps.
  3. ILogin sends a verification email to the email address entered. Note: Check the Spam or Junk Mail folder if the email has not been received.
  4. Open the email from State of Illinois.
  5. Click Verify your email.
  6. The Set Up security methods menu appears.
